Good News

Hello everyone out there in blog land I am not posting a card tonight I just had to share my good news with you all, First I would like you to meet Poppy this is my new Grand-Daughter she is pesently 20 weeks and 10 inches long.

Second: I was back tracking my blog challenges as I have had loads of Internet Problems and it seems my computer doesn't like Dongles, anyway I went on Fat Pages and Cards with Attitude only to find I got a top 3 how neat is that.

Thirdly I was still back tracking and found I was a Daily Talent Spot for January 16th, I'm just so pleased but how can you share with anyone who doesn't have a clue what you're Talking about or are not interested? so I thought I would share it with everyone here.

Sparkle and Shine

Hello everyone I hope the weather is being kind to you all it's gone a bit windy and glum here in the UK, but at least it is dry nearly all the Snow has gone too did you all have a good week-end?
We has a bit of a hectic one (which is most week-ends now) it was my Grandson Ewan's 6 th birthday I don't know where they have gone it's flown by and we had a little tea party for him it was so nice for him to see all the family.
Over at OSCC if you didn't know it's a new challenge this week called Sparkle and Shine the lovely Sponsor is A Day For Daisies
What a lovely challenge and it's something everyone has got in their stash somewhere finding it is just another problem, I changed my mind so many times choosing how it would go but am so pleased with the end result (although I think Kate might scream when she hears) I did the daftest of things I cut and embossed my image with the gems on my Image hence the de-bossed look I also wanted to share with you for those from the UK is the bling on the card (the clear) is hand jewellery from the £1 shop not sure if the Pound world has it, now for my card I hope you like it too.

I have used the Sponsor Image which is called Pearls in her Hair (which I change to fit the challenge)
Spellbinders Labels Die (Largest)
Dovecraft coloured Gems
Hobby House Roses and bows
Papers are free from a craft Mag
Copic Pens
Gems for hand Art.

Last week I went to a School concert to watch the Grand Children the theme was Gruffalo's Child it was lovely I videoed this for my Son who couldn't be there to watch due to location and work, but what was good was for the baby to sit and watch it without getting fed up.

Special thoughts for the Victims of the Connecticut Tragedy.

I would like to send all my thoughts and sympathy to all the families who lost something very precious that can never be replaced, it is always sad to loose someone anytime of the year but it must be even harder at Christmas. I feel for the brothers & sisters of all the children who Died although I haven't heard much about the Adults lost in this Tragedy.
