Diamond Wedding

Firstly I would like to wish my Aunty and Uncle who have been married for 60 years can you imagine it what a great journey and tales they must have. Secondly I would like to say hello and thank you to everyone who visits me and leave such lovely comments, am I mad or what as I like the ones that bring you back down to earth too. I made this car for my Aunt and Uncle I didn't see them open it so I hope they liked it. I am either getting very tight (not spending any money) or I have got too much stuff so I used this Ribbon that I have had for months and the heart doiley is at least 2 years old just trying to remember when Dawn Bibby brought out these tiny Peel-offs out,  usually I steer clear of white on white but I came across this lady who inspired me enough to try it I hope she doesn't mine me taking this inspiration her name is Chrissey Stokes so here is my take on it:

I have used
Nellie Snellen's Heart Dies
Spellbinder's flower Dies
Cheery Lynn Dies
Peel offs
Gems
Ribbon and card from stash

and this is where I have been inspired:

  3. Beautifully done Janet! Your version of the white on white is elegant and romantic. I really like the symmetry of the hearts surrounded by the wisps of swirls to the side and finally the touch of cream in the ribbon and roses adds a hint of vintage. Thank you for sharing your project in the “No Colored In Images” Challenge at Craft Your Passion.
