Friday, September 30, 2011Challenge #13- Clean and Simple

CAS can be easier for some then others... he he...

Let's give it a try!
Found a quote explaining it just in case you are unsure at all...

"CAS

Clean And Simple
uncluttered, lots of open space, one clear focal point
You can have color, pattern, embellishments and even layers...
Your style can be graphic, fun, elegant or even vintage...
It comes down to the design...
Clean And Simple"

As usual, you don't have to use a Bows and Berries Digital Stamp, but we love to see them!!! There is always the freebie on the sidebar for you to use if you like!!

If you use the code BB25 at the shop checkout it will get you 25% off all digis!!

It's our last day of the October Freebie, so don't forget to grab the 'Frog Prince' while you can and come back tomorrow for a more festive freebie!!

Now for my card I hope you like it I have used "Elfie" I think he's so cute.

for this card I have used a diamond card, cuttlebug embossing Swiss Dots folder, image from B&B, gems from Dovecraft and both Copics for skin tones & Promarkers for main colouring.

Hi everyone hope you all had a good week-end wasn't the weather really good for Autumn well it's on to the Challenge over at ONE STOP CRAFT CHALLENGE and the challenge is No Pattered Paper easy peasy or for some mayb not there is so many ways but I was torn between stamping with clear versa mark then chalking or using mica powders & using an embossing folder so there are a couple of ideas. The Sponsor for this week is:
Store Bio

"Hi my name is Stitchy and I am Co-Owner of Stitchy Bear Stamps...we started this store April 1st, No Fooling haha..I live in upstate New York with my husband and two TEENAGE adults haha, I do say that loosely as they think they run the show here, NOT...

I been creating stamps for a little less than a year now and I am totally addicted to the craft..I started about 4 years ago making digital scraps and I knew there was much more out there, so a friend of mine introduced me to digital stamps...and the rest they say is history...I look forward to seeing all the beautiful creations come through...good luck everyone..stitchy xoxox"

Challenge #11 @ B&B

Hello my friends Yes I'm Sorry this post is also late I have so many excuses it's best not to list them but I'm here now & that's all that counts.

So it's the last week for this challenge at Bows and Berries and the theme is Photo Inspiration

Aren't these lovely fall/ Halloween colours it doesn't matter how you interperate these colours in your project just as long as you stay to the theme, I don't really do Halloween cards as you may have guessed from previous posts so I never made one :) You don't have to use a B&B image but it would be great if you could & if you don't have on there is a freebie on the side bar, also Robin is in the process of releasing her new collection for Christmas
Aren't these dead cute I have mine why don't you go get yours

If you use the code BB25 at the shop checkout it will get you 25% off all digis!!

Robin will pick a Top 3 and one Random Prize Winner out of the entries!

So here is my little card hope you like it enough to join us, I must say when I first cut the flowers they came out like coasters so I don't think I'll buy any more just bulk buy Loo Rolls :)

I have recycled a ribbon on this card, used Nit Wit download papers (I think it's Gingerbread) Marianne Die, used "Cold Alley" from B&B but everything else is from my stash except the toilet roll flowers :), I have used both my Promarkers & Copics (for skin tones E11 & Roo) TFL
